How do I check if my router has obtained an IP address?
We advise you to check whether the router has obtained an IP address. To do so, take a look at the Settings menu (Graphical User Interface):
1. Open your web browser and enter: http://sitecom.router (or http://192.168.0.1).
2. If there is a connection, the login screen of the Settings menu will now appear.
3. Log in with your username and password. You can find these on the bottom of the router and in the Network Login Details flyer that may have been supplied with it.
4. Go to the “Internet Status” tab.

5. If the router has obtained an IP address from the modem, this address will be displayed under “IPv4 Connection Information”.
Because you have been able to log into the Settings menu and there is therefore a connection between the computer and the router, you should be able to access the Internet wirelessly.
6. If the router has not obtained an IP address from the modem, the field next to “IPv4 Connection Information” will be empty.
